  • Configure the sync rules and map the relevant QuickBooks and Chargebee fields. Hit Proceed to continue.
  • Depending on the regional edition of QuickBooks Online that you are using, Chargebee will automatically create tax rates for certain regions while for others you will have to manually enter. Click Proceed once you have made the necessary configurations.
  • Click on the Choose an option dropdown menu next to the “How do you want to sync your invoices” setting and click Sync All if you want all records to be shared or select the appropriate sync start date to transfer only the relevant information. Click Proceed.
  • In the final steps, click Run Initial Sync to test your connection.
