ERROR MESSAGE: Task ‘Microsoft Exchange Server’ reported error (0x8004010F) : ‘The operation failed. An object could not be found.’
If you have just started using our service then you may receive this error for the first day. You can safely ignore this message. However, we strongly urge you to verify if the DNS records are set correctly for AutoDiscover function. Please refer your welcome mail and ensure that you have added the CNAME for your Autodiscover by cntacting the domain registrar.
Usually, the changes get propogated fairly quickly; however in some cases it might take upto 48 hours for your DNS records to propogate over the Internet. Please note that DNS propogation is not control of Apps4Rent. This is something that is done by the Domain Registrars.
The CNAME should be
autodiscover.<your_domain_name.com> -> autodiscoverredirect.apps4rent.com
