Is there a message size limit in Apps4Rent’s hosted Exchange implementation?
Yes. The message size limit in our hosted Exchange implementation is 50 MB. If your messages are bigger than 50 MB then you have one of the following options:
SOLUTION 1:
- Reduce the message size, either by breaking up attachments into multiple emails or compress the attachments (.zip/.rar).
SOLUTION 2:
- A great solution is to send the file with a file delivery service, which will email a link to download the file or provide a link you can cut-and-paste into an email.

However, please bear in mind that the recipient’s email system should allow minimum 50 MB attachments otherwise the message may not be delivered.
