To address the issue emails not getting delivered; we will need to check the following:
1. Please ensure your Domain MX records are pointed correctly to our Exchange server (please make sure to point to the MX mentioned in the welcome mail you received while signing up):
domainname.com—> mx11.hostmailserver.com, use priority 10
domainname.com—> mx12.hostmailserver.com, use priority 10
(Domainname.com is the domain that you signed up with us. Please contact your domain registrar to make the changes.)
2. In-case, if the MX records are pointed our exchange server then please forward the Non Deliverable e-mail to email@example.com for further investigation.
