BlackBerry Sent Items folder does not sync with Microsoft Outlook
Scenarios for Reference Purposes: Please note that these scenarios are only for understanding the type of issues which this document might be able to address. The steps are not limited only to these scenarios.
Scenario 1: You have synced your device for the first time and the Sent Items have not synchronized.
Scenario 2: BlackBerry device was syncing the Sent Items folder properly; but stopped syncing suddenly with no action taken by the user.
Please follow the instructions below:
Connect BlackBerry to a computer and sync the BlackBerry sent items using BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
On the BlackBerry
1.) From the main Screen -> Click Messages
2.) Click Track wheel for menu items
3.) Go to OPTIONS
4.) Go to Email Settings
5.) On “Send Email to Handheld” Click the track wheel for Menu items.
6.) When the menu items pop up you should see “Folder Redirection” click that.
7.) Once in folder view, you can select all or certain folders to redirect to.
8.) Make sure that the Sent Item is selected.
Connect Blackberry to computer and sync the Blackberry sent items using Blackberry desktop manager.
On the Blackberry
1.) From the main Screen -> Click Messages
2.) Click Track wheel for menu items
3.) Go to OPTIONS
4.) Go to Email Settings
5.) On "Send Email to Handheld" Click the track wheel for Menu items.
6.) When the menu items pop up you should see "Folder Redirection" click that.
7.) Once in folder view, you can select all or certain folders to redirect to.
8.) Check whether the sent Item is selected.
