Duo accounts will be configured and enabled from our side in your Virtual Desktop.
Once Duo accounts are enabled, Duo activation link will be sent to all users on their mobile number using SMS, so that users can activate Duo on their Android/IOS mobile using the link.
Once you activate the Duo account on the mobile phone, you will see an image prompt on your Virtual Desktop screen, once you login into it using their login credentials.
Now, click on Send Push, Call Me, or Enter a Passcode to authenticate yourselves and to gain access to your Virtual Desktop account.
