- Duo accounts will be configured and enabled from our side in your Virtual Desktop.
- Once Duo accounts are enabled, Duo activation link will be sent to all users on their mobile number using SMS, so that users can activate Duo on their Android/IOS mobile using the link.
- Once you activate the Duo account on the mobile phone, you will see an image prompt on your Virtual Desktop screen, once you login into it using their login credentials.
- Now, click on Send Push, Call Me, or Enter a Passcode to authenticate yourselves and to gain access to your Virtual Desktop account.
