Unable to see “Open with Access” option in Browser

Issue: Unable to see “Open with Access” option in your browser.

Basic Check: Please ensure that you are using IE 7.0 or higher. Please ensure that MS Office 2007 or higher is installed.

Resolution: Verify if you are using a 32 bit or a 64 bit client machine.

This is a known issue with 64 bit machine running Windows 7 with IE 7.0 or IE 8.0. Please check out the following Microsoft URL.

We recommend you to use a 32 bit machine and check if the “Open with Access” option is available.
