Using Resources From Outlook 2007
How to create resource mailboxes in Apps4Rent hosted Exchange using Outlook 2007.
1. Create the new Resource mailbox from control panel. Steps to create Resources in your control panel have been provided HERE.
2. Once created it should be visible in the GAL and you can schedule meetings.
3. When you click the address book icon on the outlook.
4. The resource mailboxes will be visible with their specific icons.
