Yes, the client will need full version of MS Acces on their machine.

Usually an account is ready in few hours of customer sign up. However, it might take us one business day to set up any Project Server instances.

If you want to host Access 2013 then you can opt for our Dedicated Virtual Server with MS Office Professional CAL’s. Along with the Server you need to go for Terminal CAL’s for which the Price is $6/CAL per month and Office Professional CAL for which the price is $17/CAL per month. In case of SharePoint, you can publish the Access Database only with the Enterprise version of SharePoint. And as you want to publish the Access 2013 Database…. currently we do not have SharePoint Enterprise 2013 available on Hosted(Shared) Environment. If you want to use SharePoint Enterprise 2013 then you need to go for the Dedicated or the Semi Dedicated Server plans.

If you would like multiple people to access the same MS Access Database at the same time then you could go for Hosted SharePoint Enterprise solution. However, this does not allow multiple users to make changes to the database at the same time. Alternately, you can choose our MS VDI offering and share the Database.
