Messages stuck in outbox of Outlook

Messages Stuck in Outlook:

1. Open the message in the Outbox and close it again. Now left click once on the message and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
2. Put Outlook in Offline mode. With Outlook open, select File, then scroll and select Work Offline (see image 1).
3. Now restart Outlook and see if you can delete or move the e-mail to another folder.

NOTE: If the above steps did not work then, you can try this in combination with method 1
NOTE: Please don’t forget to put Outlook Online once you have deleted the e-mails from the Outbox.

5. If neither of the above steps work then you will have to create a new profile. Documents for recreating the profile can be located here
